O.K., the contemptible idiot dumped Favre (now the TOP RATED QB in the ENTIRE league) after the sixteen year veteran "unretired". Bad move on Brett's part, MAYBE...but then Ted forgot that all we have backing up his fair-haired boy, Rodgers (and I really take NOTHING away from Rodgers), but raw, stupid rookies. And now Rodgers is hurt. Can this nincompoop not figure out that injuries happen? I suspect all the bozo did was see a $12.5 million salary, and push out the most durable (258 starts, consecutively, a league record) skill player in history, for the sake of saving money. I've been a Packer follower and fan for decades, but the stupidity of this clown exceeds that even of Forrest Gregg. Tar, feathers, and a rail, anyone? Whatever Ted Thompson is paid--even if it's $5 an hour--he is paid TOO MUCH. Sort of like Roger Smith at GM...better to pay the B******D to just go away.... read more
